After dropping off my computer during my lunch hour, he was able to remove 2 trojan horses including a rouge antivirus called a360... No was able to fix it except Dirk... thank you again.

Comment by Beth Meyer on 2009-05-03 09:16:40 I contacted We Repair Your PC.com at 818-355-3925 last week in an effort to rid my computer of the adware, spyware, Trojan horses (and who knows what else) that has obviously attached itself over the course of the last year.
My computer has been running at an incredibly slow speed, and it has frequently frozen/locked up, I would have to shut it down and reboot it. My frustration level has been steadily increasing, because I work full-time as a transcriptionist, and my computer is literally my lifeline. I estimate that I've been losing at least one hour of productivity each day because of reduced computer speed, etc.
After I explained my problems and allowed Dirk to work on it, My computer is again running at top speed, and I am delighted!
I highly recommend this company's services to anyone having similar problems. He was courteous, professional, and an expert in my opinin. It was well worth the small investment required for this type of assistance.
